Return and Refund Policy

  1. We inspect all items before shipping them out to you.

  2. We will provide you a refund via Online Store Credit only.

  3. We accept applications for return and refund for damaged items. Damaged items are items that:-

    (a) are torn (koyak);
    (b) have visible signs of wear and tear that affects the functionality of the item;
    (c) have huge stain mark(s); or
    (d) any other form of defects,
     not stated in the product description; and

    those defect(s) is/are not stated in the product description.

  4. Promotional, sale or “as is” basis sale items are not returnable and/or refundable.

  5. We do not accept return or refund applications for:-

    (a) size related issues;
    (b) colour discrepancy; and
    (c) items that are damaged for any reason after we have provided you with the tracking number of your order.


  6. To return a regular priced item, the said item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as when you receive it and in its original packaging with hangtags attached. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse your return and refund application.

    Return procedure

  7. Kindly submit your application for a return and refund within 3 days from the date of receipt via our Return and Refund Application Form.

  8. All return and refund applications must include the following:-

    (a) Order Number;
    (b) SKU number of the item;
    (c) snapshot or scanned document of the original receipt;
    (d) snapshot and/or video of the damaged item; and
    (e) preferred return method. All delivery methods are accepted (i.e. physical drop off, courier service, delivery service providers  like Lalamove, Grab Express, etc)


  9. We reserve the right to refuse your return and refund application if you do not provide the above information, pictures and/or videos.

  10. We will inform you of our decision whether to approve or refuse your return and refund application via email notification.

  11. Upon successful return and refund application, you must deliver the returned items to us at the following address within 3 days from the date of receipt of email notification:

  12. For physical drop offs, the address and appointment date will be confirmed upon successful return applications.

  13. You shall provide the proof of delivery via email (i.e. tracking number of courier service provider or any other proof of delivery).

  14. The cost to return the items to us including but not limited to shipping costs shall be borne by you.

  15. We shall not be liable if the item goes missing or damaged during the delivery process by your preferred delivery service provider.

  16. Once your returned item is received by us, we shall inspect and notify you of our decision to accept or refuse the returned items within three (3) working days of the receipt of the returned items by us.

  17. If your application is accepted, the refund process will be initiated and Online Store Credits equivalent to the price of the returned item will be credited into your account within five (5) working days from the date of notification. You may access your Online Store Credit balance by logging into your online account with us, using the same email you had used to purchase the order after three (3) to five (5) working days.

  18. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable.

  19. We have the sole discretion to refuse any return and refund application.

  20. Our decisions are final and conclusive.
