1. Terms
   
   We strive to make your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you understand and agree to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
   
   
2. Making a purchase
   2.1  Once an order is placed, we are unable to entertain any request to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size and shipping address are correct before making full payment.
   
   2.2  Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.
   
   
3. Postage / Delivery
   
   3.1  All fully paid items are posted out for delivery within two (2) days via J&T, Poslaju, DHL or any other third-party delivery service providers of our choice.
   
   3.2. There will be no shipping of orders on local public holidays (Malaysia).
   
   3.3  The tracking number is provided to you via your registered e-mail and/or SMS once your order is posted out.
   
   3.4  Please note that your orders are under the responsibility of our third-party delivery service providers, and we shall not be responsible for items are lost whilst in the delivery process if proof of postage has been provided.
   
   3.5  Any claim will have to be made with our third-party delivery service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
   
   
4. Payment
   
   4.1  Prices shown on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) do not include any applicable postage or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout.
   
   4.2  All payments shall be made by any of the payment methods listed at the checkout page. Similarly, you may pay all or part of your order using Online Store Credits or a promotional voucher, where applicable. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
   
   4.3  Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
   
   4.4  All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent. No refund will be made for unclaimed parcels.
   
   
5. Description of items
   
   5.1  All items are pre-owned or secondhand, unless stated otherwise.
   
   5.2  Although we try our best to provide accurate measurements of the items, there may be a slight difference in the measurements given i.e., between 0.5 inch to 1.5 inch and items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.
   
   5.3  Although we strive to describe items as accurately as possible there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and lighting. Any colour discrepany will not be accepted as defect.
   
   
6. Trademark Notice
   
   Please note that Qute Picks is an independent reseller of secondhand, like-new clothing and accessories and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer, manufacturer, retailer or brand of the items that are listed through our services. All third party brand names and logos used in any commercial context by Qute Picks are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Any such appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of Qute Picks.
   
   
7. Authenticity
   
   7.1  Qute Picks prohibits the sale of counterfeit apparel and complies with all applicable laws pertaining to the trafficking of counterfeit apparel. Qute Picks's authentication process is in-house and independent and if we cannot verify the authenticity of an item or it does not meet the authenticity standard, it will not be listed regardless of its condition.
   
   7.2  Brands sold on our website are not partnered or affiliated with Qute Picks in any manner.
   
   
8. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
   
   Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any of the above information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
   
   
9. Discount Codes
   
   We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
   
   
10. Returns and Refunds
    
    We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our return address or any agreed locations for returns made via physical drop-offs. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item. 12. Governing Law

All amendments to these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our policies will be posted on our website and be effective immediately.
