Our product quality is our top priority! Every item goes through a 12-point inspection to meet our high quality standards. Only brand new, like-new or gently used items are sold.

All items are washed and sanitized. The sanitizer chemical used is lab test certified ✔

What it means
10/10 or 9.5/10
  • The item is a brand new item with or without its original brand hangtag
  • The item could be an off-season brand new item or a secondhand, but has never been worn
  • The item is in excellent condition with zero signs of wear and tear; like it has never been worn 
9/10
  • The item is in like-new condition
  • This item is in excellent condition with only light signs of wear, if any.

8/10
  • The item is a gently-used item
  • The item is in good condition with minor signs of wear
