Where do we deliver?
We deliver to anywhere in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
Shipping to other international addresses can be arranged upon request. Please contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp for more details.
What are my delivery options?
Malaysia:
- Courier: J&T Express (preferred) or Flash Express
- Pick up: our pick up location is at our main office @ 3 Towers Jalan Ampang
- Express delivery: Lalamove or Grab Express (please WhatsApp us directly to request for this delivery option
International shipment:
- Janio, Teleport or Aramex
How much is the shipping rate & how long does delivery take
Effective 26th December 2022, our shipping rates are as follows:

When do we ship out orders?
We ship out orders on a daily basis! The faster we ship out, the faster you get your parcel right? 😉 Your orders will be picked up by our third party courier service provider within 24 hours.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send you your parcel tracking number via email for you to keep an eye on the status of the movement of your parcel at all times. This tracking number is sent to your registered email address and/or via SMS.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. We have no control over the fees imposed and we will not reimburse the amount in any capacity.
